1. General provisions

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern the relationship between SkinsTown (the "Service") and an individual (the "User") who uses the Service to sell in-game Steam items.

By using the Service, the User confirms that they have read this Agreement and accept its terms in full.

2. Subject of the Agreement

The Service provides a platform for selling in-game items (skins) from games on the Steam platform. The Service acts as an intermediary between the User and the buyer, handling trade offers and payouts.

3. Terms of use

• The User must provide correct details for receiving the payout.
• The User is responsible for the security of their Steam account.
• It is prohibited to use the Service for money laundering or other illegal activities.
• It is prohibited to use automated tools (bots) to interact with the Service.

4. Fees and payouts

The Service deducts a fee from the market value of items on the Steam Community Market. The final payout amount is shown in the Service interface at the time the request is placed. The payout is made within a few hours after the trade is fully completed. The Service reserves the right to change the fee.

5. Limitation of liability

The Service is not liable for temporary unavailability of Steam services, delays for technical reasons, or the actions of third parties. The Service's maximum liability is limited to the payout amount of the specific deal.

6. Changes to the terms

The Service may amend this Agreement. Continued use of the Service after the changes are published constitutes the User's acceptance of the new terms.

7. Governing law

This Agreement is governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Lithuania. All disputes shall be resolved through negotiation.

1. What data we collect

When you use the Service, we receive and store the following data:

• Steam ID — the unique identifier of your Steam account.
• Public profile — the name and avatar from your Steam profile.
• Trade URL — the link required to send trade offers.
• Deal history — information about completed sales (items, amounts, payout methods).
• Payout details — card number, phone number or wallet address (stored in encrypted form).
• Support messages — your correspondence with the support team.

2. How we use data

• To authorize and identify the user.
• To process trade offers and payouts.
• To display deal history in your account.
• To respond to support requests.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.

3. Data storage and protection

Data is stored on secure servers. Payout details are transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS) and are not shared with third parties. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertising companies.

4. Third-party data

Authorization is performed through Steam OpenID (Valve Corporation). We only receive publicly available profile data. We have no access to your Steam password or to the credit card data linked to Steam.

5. Your rights

You may request deletion of your data by contacting support. After your account is deleted, deal history is kept in anonymized form for 3 years in accordance with legal requirements.

6. Cookies

The Service uses session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
